Ingredients

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1 cup Greek yogurt

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Cut in the cold butter until the mix looks like coarse crumbs.
- Stir in the Greek yogurt until just combined.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently a few times.
- Roll or pat the dough to about 1-inch thickness and cut into rounds.
- Place biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden.
- Slather with butter and drizzle with honey before serving.
Notes
Keep the butter cold for flaky layers. Mix just until the dough holds; do not overwork it. Store in an airtight container at room temp for up to 2 days or refrigerate for up to 4 days.
