A quick and easy dessert that combines creamy Greek yogurt with rich cocoa for a delicious chocolate mousse.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Chocolate shavings or berries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Put the Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
- Whisk the mix until it is smooth and creamy.
- Taste and add a little more sweetener if you want.
- Spoon the mousse into serving dishes.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve cold with chocolate shavings or berries on top.
Notes
Whisk well to remove lumps and achieve a silky texture. Chill to enhance flavors. If too thick, add a teaspoon of milk to loosen.
