Description

A quick and easy dessert that combines creamy Greek yogurt with rich cocoa for a delicious chocolate mousse.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Chocolate shavings or berries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Put the Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Whisk the mix until it is smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and add a little more sweetener if you want.
  4. Spoon the mousse into serving dishes.
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Serve cold with chocolate shavings or berries on top.

Notes

Whisk well to remove lumps and achieve a silky texture. Chill to enhance flavors. If too thick, add a teaspoon of milk to loosen.
