Description

A rich and creamy chocolate mousse made with Greek yogurt, quick and easy to prepare for a delicious treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup chocolate yogurt
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Chocolate shavings or berries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, chocolate yogurt, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Whip the mixture until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spoon the mousse into individual serving dishes.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Garnish with chocolate shavings or berries if desired.

Notes

For a lighter version, use low-fat Greek yogurt. For less sugar, try a sugar substitute or skip sweetener. Adding peanut butter or almond butter can enhance flavor.
