- 15 grams whey protein powder (vanilla, cookie dough, or unflavored)
- 20 grams peanut butter (creamy)
- Sweetener of choice, to taste
- 1 teaspoon chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine the Greek yogurt, protein powder, peanut butter, and sweetener in a bowl.
- Stir until the mix is smooth and creamy.
- Add a little milk if the texture is too thick and stir again.
- Fold in the chocolate chips gently.
- Taste and add more sweetener if needed.
- Serve right away or chill for a cool snack.
Notes
Start with less sweetener and add small amounts until it tastes right to you. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and eat within three days.
