Ingredients

  • 4 burger buns

  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 6 to 7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. While the chicken is grilling, cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy.
  5. Toast the burger buns on the grill for 1 to 2 minutes.
  6. Place cheese on the hot chicken to melt.
  7. Assemble the sandwich by placing the grilled chicken on the bun, adding cheese, bacon, lettuce, and tomato.
  8. Spread mayonnaise on the top bun and close the sandwich.
