  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, ranch seasoning, minced garlic, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
