- 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
- Add the minced garlic and the ground beef and cook until the beef is browned.
- Stir in the halved Brussels sprouts and season with salt, pepper, and paprika if using.
- Cook for about 10 to 15 minutes, stirring now and then, until the Brussels sprouts are tender.
- Serve the dish warm.
Notes
For a lighter version, use lean ground beef or mix in ground turkey. Adding a splash of lemon juice can brighten the dish.
