Delightfully simple no-bake cheesecake bites using fat-free cream cheese and low-fat Cool Whip, perfect for a light treat.
Ingredients

- 8 oz. fat free cream cheese
- 1/2 cup non fat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 8 oz. tub low fat cool whip
- 24 Oreo thins
Instructions
- Place 12 paper cupcake liners into a muffin tin.
- Add one Oreo thin to each liner and set aside.
- Soften the cream cheese and beat it until smooth.
- Add salt, vanilla, and Greek yogurt and beat until mixed.
- Crush the remaining 12 Oreos and add them to the bowl.
- Beat the mixture until the cookies are mixed in.
- Fold in thawed cool whip until the mix is light and even.
- Scoop the cream cheese mix into each liner evenly.
- Top with extra crushed Oreos if you like.
- Freeze for 180 minutes before serving.
Notes
Let bites sit for a few minutes after freezing to soften slightly. Keep in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
