Description

Delightfully simple no-bake cheesecake bites using fat-free cream cheese and low-fat Cool Whip, perfect for a light treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz. fat free cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup non fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 8 oz. tub low fat cool whip
  • 24 Oreo thins

Instructions

  1. Place 12 paper cupcake liners into a muffin tin.
  2. Add one Oreo thin to each liner and set aside.
  3. Soften the cream cheese and beat it until smooth.
  4. Add salt, vanilla, and Greek yogurt and beat until mixed.
  5. Crush the remaining 12 Oreos and add them to the bowl.
  6. Beat the mixture until the cookies are mixed in.
  7. Fold in thawed cool whip until the mix is light and even.
  8. Scoop the cream cheese mix into each liner evenly.
  9. Top with extra crushed Oreos if you like.
  10. Freeze for 180 minutes before serving.

Notes

Let bites sit for a few minutes after freezing to soften slightly. Keep in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
