  • 1 cup cabbage slaw
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced (optional)
  • Sour cream or Greek yogurt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the shrimp 2 to 3 minutes per side until pink.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a pan or over the grill.
  5. Place shrimp in the tortillas.
  6. Top with cabbage slaw, cilantro, and lime juice.
  7. Add avocado and sour cream if you like.
