  2. Add the grated sweet potatoes and chopped onion to the skillet.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and any additional spices you prefer.
  4. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, allowing the bottom to get crispy.
  5. Flip the hash browns and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy on both sides.

Notes
