Ingredients

- 1 box of angel food cake mix
- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup of whipped topping
- 1 cup of cream cheese
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 2 cups of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 cup of sliced peaches or fruit cocktail
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the angel food cake mix and water until smooth.
- Pour the batter into an ungreased cake pan.
- Bake the cake as the box tells you.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth in another bowl.
- Add powdered sugar slowly and mix well.
- Fold in the whipped topping gently.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- Cut the cake into layers.
- Spread cream cheese mix on each layer.
- Add mixed berries and sliced peaches between layers.
- Top with the remaining cream cheese mix and berries.
- Chill the cake for at least one hour before serving.
Notes
Make sure the cake cools fully before cutting. Use room temperature cream cheese for a smooth mix. Reserve some berries for topping.
