Description

A bright and fresh fruit salad with a zesty honey lime dressing that’s perfect for warm days.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup mango, diced
  • 1 cup watermelon, diced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 lime, juiced

Instructions

  1. Wash all the fruit gently and dry where needed.
  2. Slice the strawberries and peel and slice the kiwi.
  3. Dice the pineapple, mango, and watermelon into bite size pieces.
  4. Add all the fruit to a large serving bowl.
  5. Whisk honey and lime juice in a small bowl until smooth.
  6. Drizzle the honey lime mix over the fruit.
  7. Toss the fruit gently to coat each piece.
  8. Taste and add a touch more honey if you like it sweeter.
  9. Serve right away or chill for up to an hour before serving.

Notes

For a lighter option, reduce honey and add mint. Consider serving with Greek yogurt for protein.
