A bright and fresh fruit salad with a zesty honey lime dressing that’s perfect for warm days.
Ingredients

- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup pineapple, diced
- 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup mango, diced
- 1 cup watermelon, diced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 lime, juiced
Instructions
- Wash all the fruit gently and dry where needed.
- Slice the strawberries and peel and slice the kiwi.
- Dice the pineapple, mango, and watermelon into bite size pieces.
- Add all the fruit to a large serving bowl.
- Whisk honey and lime juice in a small bowl until smooth.
- Drizzle the honey lime mix over the fruit.
- Toss the fruit gently to coat each piece.
- Taste and add a touch more honey if you like it sweeter.
- Serve right away or chill for up to an hour before serving.
Notes
For a lighter option, reduce honey and add mint. Consider serving with Greek yogurt for protein.
