Delicious frozen bites made with Greek yogurt and peanut butter for a high-protein snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Chopped nuts or chocolate chips (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Mix the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Fold in chopped nuts or chocolate chips if you want them.
  3. Spoon the mix into a silicone mold or drop spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Smooth tops with the back of a spoon or a small spatula.
  5. Freeze for at least 120 minutes or until firm.
  6. Pop the bites out of the mold or break them into pieces on the sheet.
  7. Store the bites in an airtight container in the freezer.
  8. Enjoy a bite as a quick snack or a small dessert.

Notes
