High Protein Frozen Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Bites

Description

Creamy and salty frozen bites made with Greek yogurt and peanut butter, perfect as a dessert or protein snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (full fat)
  • 1/4 cup powdered peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • Flaky sea salt for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine Greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter, creamy peanut butter, and maple syrup in a mixing bowl and mix until smooth.
  2. Line a plate or small tray with parchment paper.
  3. Scoop the mixture into about six even bites and place them on the tray.
  4. Freeze for 10 to 20 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in short bursts, stirring between each.
  6. Dip each frozen bite into the melted chocolate to coat.
  7. Optionally sprinkle flaky sea salt on top.
  8. Place the coated bites back on the tray.
  9. Refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes until the chocolate sets.

Notes

Use full-fat Greek yogurt for the best texture and flavor. Store in the fridge for a day or in the freezer for up to a month.
