Creamy and salty frozen bites made with Greek yogurt and peanut butter, perfect as a dessert or protein snack.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (full fat)
- 1/4 cup powdered peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- Flaky sea salt for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Combine Greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter, creamy peanut butter, and maple syrup in a mixing bowl and mix until smooth.
- Line a plate or small tray with parchment paper.
- Scoop the mixture into about six even bites and place them on the tray.
- Freeze for 10 to 20 minutes until firm.
- Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in short bursts, stirring between each.
- Dip each frozen bite into the melted chocolate to coat.
- Optionally sprinkle flaky sea salt on top.
- Place the coated bites back on the tray.
- Refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes until the chocolate sets.
Notes
Use full-fat Greek yogurt for the best texture and flavor. Store in the fridge for a day or in the freezer for up to a month.
