Description
These Keto Salami Roll Ups are the perfect savory, bite-sized appetizer for any gathering. They come together in minutes with a creamy, flavorful filling and a delightful crunch from the pickle at the center.
Ingredients
Scale
- 12 slices beef salami (or turkey salami)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 dill pickle spears, cut to fit salami slices
- 2 green onions, finely chopped (plus extra for garnish)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, black pepper, and finely chopped green onions. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Lay salami slices on a cutting board, slightly overlapping in pairs to form a sturdy base.
- Spread a thin, even layer of the cream cheese mixture over the salami slices.
- Place a dill pickle spear at one end of the salami base, then roll tightly to form a log.
- Wrap rolls in plastic and chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Slice into 1-inch pieces and garnish with extra green onions before serving.
Notes
Pat the pickle spears dry before rolling to prevent sogginess. Don’t skip the chill time—it helps the rolls firm up for neat slices.
