Ingredients

  • 1 cup lemon curd
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Spread the lemon curd evenly at the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the lemon curd.
  5. In another bowl, mix the cake mix with melted butter and water until combined.
  6. Pour this mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm or chilled.
