  • 34 tablespoons lavender-infused milk (or regular milk)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for frosting)
  • Dried lavender (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, matcha powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until well combined.
  6. Roll the dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten lightly.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges start to turn golden.
  8. Allow cookies to cool on a wire rack.
  9. For the lavender frosting, mix the powdered sugar, lavender-infused milk, and vanilla extract together until smooth.
  10. Spread the frosting over the cooled cookies and sprinkle with dried lavender if desired.

Notes

For a healthier option, substitute half of the all-purpose flour with whole wheat flour or use coconut sugar instead of regular sugar.
