Instructions
- Add the flour, baking powder, and salt to a microwave-safe mug.
- Pour in the milk and melted butter and stir until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar and chopped herbs.
- Microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes until it has risen and looks set.
- Let the biscuit cool a minute before eating right from the mug.
Notes
Use a mug that holds at least 12 ounces to prevent spilling. Add more herbs for extra flavor.
