Description

A quick and easy no-bake treat that combines the sweetness of chocolate, coconut, and graham crackers, perfect for sharing with friends and family.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (300ml/14oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups dried coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, plus extra for rolling
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla in a large bowl and stir until smooth.
  2. Stir in graham cracker crumbs, dried coconut, and chocolate chips until well mixed.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for about an hour to firm it up.
  4. Once chilled, scoop portions and roll into 1 1/4-inch balls.
  5. Roll each ball in additional graham cracker crumbs for extra texture.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and chill until firm before serving.

Notes

For a healthier option, try using dark chocolate chips and adding chopped nuts. Store in an airtight container for up to a week or freeze for longer shelf life.
