- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup shredded coconut (plus extra for rolling)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (plus a few for topping)
Instructions
- Mix melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, and mini chocolate chips until well combined.
- Chill the mixture for about 20 minutes to make it easier to handle.
- Roll into 1-inch balls and coat each in extra shredded coconut or graham crumbs.
- Press a mini chocolate chip on top of each ball for a cute finish.
- Chill for at least one hour before serving to firm up perfectly.
Notes
