A quick and delightful no-bake cheesecake parfait layered with creamy filling, crunchy graham cracker crumbs, and cherry pie topping.

- 1 1/2 cups finely crushed graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 7 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
Instructions
- Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a small bowl and set aside.
- Beat cream cheese in a medium bowl until smooth.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk and beat until mixed.
- Stir in lemon juice and vanilla until the filling is smooth.
- Place six 9 ounce cups on a tray and add 2 tablespoons crumb mix to each cup, pressing lightly.
- Spoon 3 tablespoons cheesecake filling into each cup and even out.
- Spoon half the cherry pie filling over the cheesecake in each cup.
- Sprinkle 2 tablespoons graham crumbs over the cherry layer.
- Divide the remaining cheesecake filling among the cups and smooth.
- Top each cup with the reserved cherry filling and a light sprinkle of crumbs.
- Serve right away or chill up to 24 hours before serving.
Notes
For a healthier twist, swap half the cream cheese for Greek yogurt and use fresh berries instead of cherry pie filling.
