- 1/4 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzle)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and milk. Bring to a gentle boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
- Add oats, cranberries, pecans, and caramel sauce. Mix until fully coated.
- Drop spoonfuls of mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- Let cookies cool and set at room temperature or refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Optional: Drizzle with extra caramel sauce before serving.
Notes
Boil the butter and sugar mixture for exactly 2 minutes for the best texture. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature or 1 week refrigerated.
