Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp pink food coloring
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a medium bowl.
  2. Press the mix firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch square dish.
  3. Beat the cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth.
  4. Add powdered sugar, heavy cream, vanilla, and pink food coloring and beat until fluffy.
  5. Spread the filling evenly over the crust.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 240 minutes until set.
  7. Top with whipped cream and add sprinkles if you like.
  8. Cut into bite-sized squares and serve chilled.

Notes

For a healthier option, swap half the butter with applesauce. Use lower-fat cream cheese and light whipped topping to reduce calories.
