- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp pink food coloring
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a medium bowl.
- Press the mix firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch square dish.
- Beat the cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, heavy cream, vanilla, and pink food coloring and beat until fluffy.
- Spread the filling evenly over the crust.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 240 minutes until set.
- Top with whipped cream and add sprinkles if you like.
- Cut into bite-sized squares and serve chilled.
Notes
For a healthier option, swap half the butter with applesauce. Use lower-fat cream cheese and light whipped topping to reduce calories.
