- 8 oz sausage (Italian or your choice)
- 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add sliced sausage and cook until caramelized.
- Add garlic and sauté for one minute.
- Pour in water and bring to a boil, then add rotini pasta.
- Cook pasta until al dente per the package instructions.
- Stir in ranch dressing mix and shredded white cheddar until creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
