- 1 box orange cake mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Mix the orange cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips if you use them.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes.
- Move the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Dust the cookies with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
For a fun twist, substitute white chocolate chips for orange zest, or use applesauce for part of the oil to reduce fat.
