Delightful cinnamon rolls filled with sweet peaches and a creamy glaze, perfect for summer and sharing with loved ones.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 envelope (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 cup peaches, diced
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1–2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Mix in melted butter and egg.
- In another bowl, whisk flour and salt. Gradually add to the yeast mixture to form a dough.
- Knead dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread diced peaches, cinnamon, and brown sugar on top.
- Roll tightly and slice into rolls.
- Place in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
- For the glaze, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and enough milk to achieve desired consistency. Drizzle over warm rolls and serve.
Notes
These rolls can be made with different fruits such as apples or berries. For a vegan version, substitute the egg with applesauce and use almond milk.
