Description

A quick and delicious dessert that combines deep chocolate flavor with soft peanut butter and is perfect for sharing.


Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup peanut butter cups, chopped
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate drizzle

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Whisk the brownie mix, eggs, oil, and water in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the greased baking dish and spread it even.
  4. Evenly scatter the chopped peanut butter cups over the batter.
  5. Evenly scatter the mini marshmallows over the batter.
  6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the edges are set and the center is slightly gooey.
  7. Remove the dish from the oven and drizzle the chocolate over the top.
  8. Let the cake cool a bit so the chocolate sets and it holds a slice.
  9. Cut into squares and serve warm or at room temperature.
