- ½ cup chopped pecans
- ¼ cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup or honey
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons melted butter (for drizzle)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar (for drizzle)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (for drizzle)
- ¼ cup chopped pecans (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until combined.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of pecan filling onto the wider end of each triangle.
- Roll up tightly from the wide end to the tip and pinch the sides to seal.
- Place rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake 10–12 minutes or until golden brown and flaky.
- While still warm, whisk melted butter, brown sugar, and maple syrup for the glaze.
- Brush glaze over rolls and sprinkle with chopped pecans if desired.
Notes
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or coffee. You can reduce sugar or use a brown sugar substitute. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 1 month.
