Delicious Peppermint Oreo Balls perfect for the holidays or quick treats at home.
Ingredients

- 36 Oreo cookies, crushed (about 3 cups)
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz (340 g) white chocolate or candy melts
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candy or candy canes
- Optional: 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies to fine crumbs.
- Mix crumbs with cream cheese until smooth.
- Scoop small amounts and roll into 1-inch balls.
- Place balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill the balls for 30 minutes until firm.
- Melt the white chocolate in short bursts, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each chilled ball in melted chocolate and set back on the sheet.
- Sprinkle crushed peppermint on top before the chocolate sets.
- Chill again until the coating is firm.
- Store in an airtight container or serve once set.
Notes
Work with chilled balls for a smooth dip; if the chocolate thickens, warm it a little more.
