Ingredients

  • Potstickers
  • Bell peppers
  • Snap peas
  • Carrots
  • Soy sauce
  • Garlic

Instructions

  1. Heat cooking oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add potstickers and cook until crispy and heated through.
  3. Remove potstickers and set aside.
  4. Add bell peppers, snap peas, and carrots to the same skillet.
  5. Sauté vegetables until tender-crisp.
  6. Add garlic and ginger and stir-fry for one minute.
  7. Return potstickers to the skillet.
  8. Drizzle with soy sauce and toss everything together.
  9. Serve warm.
