Ingredients
- Potstickers
- Bell peppers
- Snap peas
- Carrots
- Soy sauce
- Garlic
- Ginger

Instructions
- Heat cooking oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add potstickers and cook until crispy and heated through.
- Remove potstickers and set aside.
- Add bell peppers, snap peas, and carrots to the same skillet.
- Sauté vegetables until tender-crisp.
- Add garlic and ginger and stir-fry for one minute.
- Return potstickers to the skillet.
- Drizzle with soy sauce and toss everything together.
- Serve warm.
Notes
For a healthier option, add more greens like baby bok choy or spinach. Use low-sodium soy sauce to cut salt.
