Ingredients

  • 4 slices of whole grain bread
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • Cooking spray or butter for frying

Instructions

  1. Whisk the protein powder, eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and grease lightly.
  3. Dip a slice of bread in the mixture, coat both sides well.
  4. Place the coated bread in the hot skillet.
