Description

These Ranch Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers are fast to make and packed with flavor, perfect for a simple yet impressive meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix ranch dressing, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste and stir once more.
  3. Add the chicken chunks to the bowl and stir so each piece gets coated.
  4. Cover the bowl and put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat so it is hot when you are ready.
  6. Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers with space between pieces.
  7. Place the skewers on the grill and close the lid.
  8. Grill the skewers for 10 to 15 minutes, turning them now and then.
  9. Check that the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
  10. Remove the skewers and let them rest for a few minutes.
  11. Sprinkle with fresh parsley if you like and serve right away.

Notes

For a healthy twist, swap half the chicken for vegetables like zucchini. For grilling, soaking wooden skewers prevents burning. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
