These Ranch Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers are fast to make and packed with flavor, perfect for a simple yet impressive meal.

- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
- Optional: fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Mix ranch dressing, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
- Add salt and pepper to taste and stir once more.
- Add the chicken chunks to the bowl and stir so each piece gets coated.
- Cover the bowl and put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat so it is hot when you are ready.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers with space between pieces.
- Place the skewers on the grill and close the lid.
- Grill the skewers for 10 to 15 minutes, turning them now and then.
- Check that the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Remove the skewers and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley if you like and serve right away.
Notes
For a healthy twist, swap half the chicken for vegetables like zucchini. For grilling, soaking wooden skewers prevents burning. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
