Description

Warm Raspberry Brownies combining rich chocolate and tart raspberries for a delightful treat perfect for gatherings or cozy nights.


Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the fresh raspberries and half of the raspberry jam.
  4. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Dollop the remaining raspberry jam on top of the batter and swirl it in gently with a knife.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
  7. Let them cool before cutting into squares and serve.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for 3-4 days or freeze for later.
