- 1 box brownie mix
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the fresh raspberries and half of the raspberry jam.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish.
- Dollop the remaining raspberry jam on top of the batter and swirl it in gently with a knife.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
- Let them cool before cutting into squares and serve.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for 3-4 days or freeze for later.
