Description

A delightful mix of sweet and tart with a crunchy base and gooey topping, perfect for gatherings or cozy nights.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking pan to form a crust.
  4. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
  5. Sprinkle the raspberries (and chocolate chips if desired) over the condensed milk.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
  8. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

For a healthier twist, use low-fat graham crackers and reduced-fat condensed milk. You can also incorporate nuts for added crunch.
