- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, and melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking pan to form a crust.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle the raspberries (and chocolate chips if desired) over the condensed milk.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
For a healthier twist, use low-fat graham crackers and reduced-fat condensed milk. You can also incorporate nuts for added crunch.
