Delightful Raspberry Coconut Magic Bars made with fresh raspberries and shredded coconut for a sweet treat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, shredded coconut, melted butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt. Blend until smooth and press into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Spread the fresh raspberries evenly over the base.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk over the raspberries.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges turn golden.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
Experiment with mixed berries or alternative extracts for different flavors.
