Description

Delightful Raspberry Coconut Magic Bars made with fresh raspberries and shredded coconut for a sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, shredded coconut, melted butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt. Blend until smooth and press into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  3. Spread the fresh raspberries evenly over the base.
  4. Pour sweetened condensed milk over the raspberries.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges turn golden.
  6. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
