Ingredients

- 4 Fresh tomatoes, diced
- 1 Onion, diced
- Juice of 2 limes
- Zest of 1 lime
- 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Dice the tomatoes.
- Dice the onions.
- Chop the cilantro.
- Add tomatoes, onions, lime juice, lime zest, cilantro, and a pinch of salt into a bowl.
- Mix well with a spoon.
- Let the mix sit for 15 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- Taste and add more salt if needed.
- Serve at room temperature or chilled.

Best when served fresh on the same day. Adjust salt and lime to taste for optimal flavor.
