Description
This no-bake Salted Caramel Pretzel Bark combines layers of smooth chocolate, buttery caramel, and crunchy pretzels for a perfectly sweet and salty treat.
Ingredients

- 2 cups mini pretzels, roughly broken
- 1 ½ cups semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup soft caramels or caramel bits
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- Flaky sea salt, for topping
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 or 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Spread melted chocolate evenly in the prepared pan.
- Press broken pretzel pieces into the warm chocolate layer.
- Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes to help set the chocolate.
- In a small saucepan, melt caramels with heavy cream over low heat, stirring until smooth and glossy.
- Pour caramel over the chilled chocolate and pretzels, spreading evenly.
- Sprinkle flaky sea salt over the top.
- Refrigerate for 30–40 minutes, or until firm.
- Lift the bark out using the parchment paper and break or cut into pieces before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week, or refrigerate for two to three weeks. For a healthier touch, try using dark chocolate or whole wheat pretzels.
