Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, olive oil, and salt to the yeast mixture. Stir until combined.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  6. Spread the dough onto a baking sheet, dimpling the top with your fingers.
  7. Add desired toppings and drizzle with olive oil.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
