- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, olive oil, and salt to the yeast mixture. Stir until combined.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread the dough onto a baking sheet, dimpling the top with your fingers.
- Add desired toppings and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a healthier version, use whole wheat flour or add herbs. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 1-2 days, or freeze for longer storage.
