  • soy sauce
  • sesame oil
  • garlic

  • bell peppers
  • carrots
  • broccoli
  • tofu (optional)
  • mushrooms (optional)
  • green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Sauté minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  4. Add in your choice of vegetables and cooked tofu or mushrooms. Cook until tender.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and mix well to combine.
  6. Add the cooked ramen noodles to the pan and stir until everything is coated in the sauce.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
