Ingredients

Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Sauté minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add in your choice of vegetables and cooked tofu or mushrooms. Cook until tender.
- Pour in soy sauce and mix well to combine.
- Add the cooked ramen noodles to the pan and stir until everything is coated in the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions.

Feel free to mix up the veggies based on what you have, or add chili flakes for a spicy kick.
