Ingredients
- slider buns
- shredded chicken
- Frank’s hot buffalo sauce
- cheese
- butter (optional for buns)
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with Frank’s hot buffalo sauce.
- Cut slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture onto the buns.
- Top with cheese and place the top halves of the buns on top.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and buns are golden.
- Serve warm.
Notes
For a healthier version, use whole-grain buns or lower-fat cheese, and consider grilled chicken instead of shredded chicken.
