- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, melted butter, and eggs until smooth.
- Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and mix until fully incorporated.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars and serving.
Notes
Make sure the melted butter isn’t too hot when mixing to avoid cooking the eggs. Greasing the pan well helps brownies come out cleanly.
