- 1 box of strawberry cake mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the white and dark chocolate chips, and add vanilla extract.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack.
- If desired, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, replace some oil with unsweetened applesauce. Use sugar-free chocolate chips for a healthier touch.
