Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing well until a dough forms.
- Gently fold in the strawberry puree until just combined.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week or freeze for up to three months. For healthier options, substitute coconut oil for butter and use dark chocolate kisses.
