Description

Delicious bite-sized treats made with fresh strawberries and a creamy white chocolate coating, perfect for easy entertaining.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped
  • 1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix strawberries, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a medium bowl.
  2. Fold in vanilla wafer crumbs.
  3. Chill the mixture for about 30 minutes.
  4. Scoop chilled mixture and roll into balls.
  5. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate.
  7. Place truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Add sprinkles while the chocolate is wet, if desired.
  9. Let chocolate harden completely before serving.

Notes

Use ripe but firm strawberries for the best texture. For a different taste, swap white chocolate for milk or dark chocolate.
