- 1 cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped
- 1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Mix strawberries, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a medium bowl.
- Fold in vanilla wafer crumbs.
- Chill the mixture for about 30 minutes.
- Scoop chilled mixture and roll into balls.
- Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate.
- Place truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Add sprinkles while the chocolate is wet, if desired.
- Let chocolate harden completely before serving.
Notes
Use ripe but firm strawberries for the best texture. For a different taste, swap white chocolate for milk or dark chocolate.
