  • 4 oz Cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 Baguette, sliced
  • Hot honey, for drizzling
  • Fresh herbs (basil or parsley) for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, red pepper flakes, and honey. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and bake for about 5-7 minutes, or until lightly toasted.
  4. Spread the whipped feta mixture on each toasted crostini.
  5. Drizzle with hot honey and garnish with fresh herbs.
