- 4 oz Cream cheese
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 Baguette, sliced
- Hot honey, for drizzling
- Fresh herbs (basil or parsley) for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, red pepper flakes, and honey. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and bake for about 5-7 minutes, or until lightly toasted.
- Spread the whipped feta mixture on each toasted crostini.
- Drizzle with hot honey and garnish with fresh herbs.
