Description

Sweet Chili Meatballs are the perfect blend of sweet and savory flavors. These tender meatballs are great for any gathering, leaving everyone wanting more.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into meatballs.
  2. Place the meatballs in a Crockpot.
  3. In another bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. Pour over meatballs in the Crockpot.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the fridge or freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw and reheat when ready to enjoy.
