Sweet Chili Meatballs are the perfect blend of sweet and savory flavors. These tender meatballs are great for any gathering, leaving everyone wanting more.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into meatballs.
- Place the meatballs in a Crockpot.
- In another bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. Pour over meatballs in the Crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the fridge or freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw and reheat when ready to enjoy.
