These rich and tender Sweet Red Velvet Brownie Bites are perfect for parties or a quick treat at home.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon red food coloring
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin pan.
- Whisk the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Mix the melted butter, eggs, red food coloring, and vanilla in another bowl until smooth.
- Pour the wet mix into the dry mix and stir until just combined.
- Fold in white chocolate chips if using.
- Spoon batter into each cup, filling about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for a few minutes, then remove to a wire rack.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
For a lower sugar version, swap half the granulated sugar for coconut sugar. You can also replace half the flour with oat flour for a nutty taste. Use Greek yogurt in place of half the butter to cut fat and add protein.
