- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken breasts in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill or cook the chicken until fully cooked, then slice it into strips.
- Lay the tortillas flat and layer with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and grilled chicken strips.
- Sprinkle with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
- Roll up the tortillas to enclose the filling, slice in half if desired, and serve.
Notes
Feel free to swap the chicken for grilled tofu or shrimp, and add extra veggies for crunch. Use a food thermometer to ensure chicken is fully cooked.
