Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup tapioca starch
  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pandan extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, tapioca starch, coconut milk, water, sugar, pandan extract, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  2. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan or steamer.
  3. Steam the batter on medium heat for about 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Let it cool before cutting into squares.
  5. Serve as a snack or dessert with tea or coffee.
