Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (or thick dairy free yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee
  • 12 tbsp maple syrup (or liquid sweetener)
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 shake cinnamon (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except cocoa powder to a small jar.
  2. Place the lid on and shake until well combined.
  3. Set the jar in the fridge overnight.
  4. When ready to serve, top with a sprinkle of cocoa powder and enjoy.

Notes

For a twist, swap coffee for cold brew, add vanilla, or fold in mashed banana or nut butter for variety. Serve with berries or nuts for added crunch.
